Are you registering a child under the age of 18?  If so, please read the following:

Rules for Minors (under 18 years old)

We strongly encourage parents to attend with their children.

  • No one 13 or younger can attend the conference without a parent or official guardian.
  • A person over 13 and under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian, or be chaperoned by an adult (25 years or older).
  • Every parent of a child (under 18) attending the conference must agree to the Family Responsibility Acknowledgment form, recognizing that he/she will take responsibility for the oversight of the child. (If a parent is bringing more than one child, only one form per family needs to be acknowledged or completed.)
  • In the case of a teen being chaperoned, one of the parents sending the child and the adult assuming responsibility for the child must sign the Chaperone Form, acknowledging this chaperone arrangement.
  • An adult cannot chaperone more than 4 teens. (For example, two children with two of their friends, max., or one child with 3 friends, max.)
